My Process




Brewing
Once the grains are utilized for their sugars, they are then disposed of and are considered spent grains.
Hand-Off
The local brewery will provide spent grains leftover from the brewing process.
Dry
Spent grains require 8-12 hours in the oven to dry before it can be transformed.
Bake
The dried spent grains are then baked into sweet and savory treats!
